Steckdosen in den Garagen sind zunehmend wünschenswert, kämen sie doch auch dem politisch gewünschten Ziel des Ausbaus von Elektromobilität entgegen.
Empfehlenswert wären Ladestationen mit der entsprechenden Ladeinfrastruktur. Dafür ist zunächst einmal ein Starkstromanschluss mit 400 Volt nötig. Den gibt es in den Wohnungen für den Elektroherd. In der Garage ist so ein Anschluss nicht üblich, dorthin müssten erst entsprechende Leitungen verlegt werden. Das Laden erfolgt dann über eine sogenannte Wallbox:

Diese Fläche ist wenig attraktiv und wurde nicht als Spielfläche genutzt.
Hier wäre eine Neugestaltung sinnvoll, zumal der Sand stark verkrautet .
Das Gartenteam schlägt vor, hier einen Gemeinschaftsgarten mit sechs Hochbeeten anzulegen.

Garagenecke
Dieser Bereich gegenüber den Mülltonnen wurde als Lagerplatz genutzt und war ziemlich zugewachsen.
Das Gartenteam hat im Januar 2018 diesen Bereich gesäubert und hier einen geigneten Sammelbehälter für Grünabfälle (Gitterbox) aufgestellt.
Der gesammelte Grünschnitt wirde nun zeitnah von hier aus abgreholt und recycelt.

Einfassungen der Baumstümpfe
Die Rasenfläche hier wird in erster Linie als Spielfläche von Kindern des angrenzenden Wohnblocks genutzt, die sich dort aufhalten und
spielen. Hier befanden sich zwei ca 10 cm aus der Rasenfläche ragende großenBaumstümpfen mit einem Durchmesser von ca. 70 cm.
Diese bildeten hier gefährliche Stolperfallen für die dort oft spielenden Kinder.
Das Gartenteam hat als Lösungsvorschlag deswegen zwei Holzumrandungen aufgestellt und diese mit Bioboden aufgefüllt, der die Baumstümpfe nun knapp überdeckt
und die Verrottung der darunter liegenden Baumstümpfe beschleunigt.
So entstanden zwei neue kleine Beete, die bepflanzt wurden und die große Rasenfläche etwas auflockern.
Wenn diese Umrandung entfernt würde, lägen die Baumstümpfe wieder frei und bildeten dann wieder ein nicht unerhebliches Gefahrenpotenzial für die Kinder und behindern beim Rasen schneiden.
Die Kinder, die die Aktion neugierig beobachteten, wünschten sich Erdbeeren als Bepflanzung und würden dann auch gießen.
Das Gartenteam plädiert dafür, die hier angebotene Lösung beizubehalten.

Umgestaltung der Grünflächen an der Bismarckstraße
Ausgangslage. So sah es hier vorher aus.
Diese Flächen wurden ohne Einwilligung der Eigentümergemeinschaft total umgestaltet.
Die ursprüngliche Bepflanzung wurde komplett entfernt und neue Rasenflächen angelegt. Ein Teil der Flächen wurde zudem plattiert und neue Fahrradständer installiert.
Hierdurch verstärkt sich leider der trostlose Eindruck einer Zweckbebauung wie sie im sozialen Wohnungsbau allzu oft anzutreffen ist:

Rasenfläche am Spielplatz
Diese Fläche wurde leider auch zu einer nackten Rasenfläche umgestaltet.
Vorher stand hier ein gespendeter Hochstamm Apfelbaum (Rote Sternrenette) als Solitärgehölz und Schattenspender.
Außerdem war die Fläche eingefasst.
Eine Neubepflanzung mit einem Hochstammobstbaum würde hier Sinn machen.
Die Baumscheibe könnte dann wie beispielsweise an der Eschstraße gestaltet werden.
Für die Umrandung wäre ein bepflanzter Beetstreifen attraktiv.
(z.B. auch Erdbeeren)
Die Rasenfläche würde das Gartenteam zusätzlich mit Frühlingsblühern wie Tulpen, Narzissen und Krokussen auflockern.
